Many clients have us do ovens every second visit, or windows once a quarter, so the deeper items are covered without paying for them every time.

How often should I book a regular clean?
Fortnightly suits most family homes. Weekly makes sense if you have pets, young children or a high-traffic household. Monthly works well for smaller properties or homes that are already tidy day to day. We are happy to advise once we have seen photos of your property.
Do I need to be home for a regular clean?
No. Many clients arrange access and go about their day. Whatever arrangement you choose, our team needs to be able to enter at the scheduled start time — that is when your service time begins.
Can I skip a week or change my schedule?
Yes, just give us reasonable notice so we can adjust the run. Please note that cancellations at short notice may be subject to the cancellation terms set out in our Terms & Conditions.
