When a premium clean is worth it
If your last professional clean was more than six months ago, a premium clean will make a visible difference that a standard clean cannot. It is also the service we recommend as the starting point for a new regular client — reset the property once, then hold it there with fortnightly standard cleans at a lower ongoing cost.

What is the difference between a premium clean and an end of lease clean?
A premium clean is a deep clean of a lived-in property. An end of lease clean is a deep clean of an empty property, scoped specifically against what real estate agents check at a final inspection. If you are vacating a rental, book the end of lease clean.
Do I need to empty cupboards before a premium clean?
Interior cupboard cleaning is a spray-and-wipe of accessible surfaces. If you want cupboards done thoroughly, emptying them beforehand will get you a much better result — but it is not compulsory.
How often should I book a premium clean?
Most clients who are on a regular schedule book a premium clean two to four times a year, typically before Christmas and at a seasonal changeover. Homes on acreage or with heavy foot traffic often benefit from more frequent deep cleans.
