Tile & Shower Grout Cleaning

Grout is porous. It absorbs soap, body oils, mineral deposits from hard water and airborne grease, and once that has soaked in, a mop and a general bathroom spray will not bring it back — you can clean a bathroom perfectly and still have grout lines that read as dirty.

This service is the restorative step that sits underneath a routine clean. We use dedicated products and mechanical agitation to break down what has bonded into the grout and the tile surface, then flush and extract it rather than pushing it around. Shower recesses, floor tiles, splashbacks and tiled laundries all respond to it.

Why your shower never quite looks clean

Almost always hard-water scale and soap scum, not dirt. Western Sydney water leaves mineral deposits that bond to glass and tile and build a cloudy film that ordinary bathroom sprays cannot cut through. Once that layer is removed properly, a regular clean will hold it for a long time.

What we can and cannot fix

Soiling, staining, soap scum, scale and surface mould all clean up, often dramatically. What will not change is grout that has physically eroded, cracked or been permanently discoloured by dye, and silicone that has mould growing beneath the surface — that needs replacing rather than cleaning. We will tell you which one you are looking at before we quote.

Tile and grout work pairs naturally with a premium clean or an end of lease clean, where bathrooms are already being taken back to a baseline. Doing both in one visit is cheaper than two separate bookings.
